Anchor Rod for Grillage foundation

Anchor Rod for Grillage foundation

Anchor Rod for Grillage foundation

(OP)
I had designed the Grillage foundation to support the guy of the overhead transmission line pole. The ultimate uplift in the guy is 100 kips. Depth of grillage is around 9 & 10 feet from ground & inclination of the grillage is 45°. Now I need an Anchor rod with the eye at both the end. So I can connect U bolt at the grillage level to Anchor rod through eye. Eye at the other end of the rod will be used to for guying the 2-5/8" stranded guy wires. I need the rod with 14' & 17' length for differen soil condition. I need this assembly using standard catalog Items not the custom made. I had tried with Hubbles/Chance but I do not have satisfactory solution.
Can any one suggest some thing?
