DWGEditor text and GD&T options

I've been using DWGEditor for light DWG editing for a while now and like it a lot.
I guess maybe I had not used the GD&T before.
Anyway, whether importing or creating GD&T symbols it makes them oversize or offset, and the text too large for the GD&T border.  I went snooping thru tools and options looking for a place to set text height or offsets from baselines and found nothing.  An Eng-Tips search Googling for IntelliCAD did not get too far, whether SW specific or more global. Even Google let me down.

I found some relief.
Settings > dimension settings > format > distance around dimension text.

The symbols are still flying high though.
