TOOLBAR CUSTOMIZATION
TOOLBAR CUSTOMIZATION
(OP)
Like most, I like to customize the placement and locations of the toolbar and the buttons I use the most, but this continues to elude me in 2005.
How do I add an additional seperator bar?
In 2001+, all you had to do was add an extra "redo" button, (the redo icon had a seperator bar attached to it). Then after adding another button between the redo button and the seperator bar, you could delete the redo button and the seperator bar would remain.
I have many custom macros (with custom icons) on my macro toolbar and would like to add a seperator bar after the standard macro icons and before my added macros. Not a big deal, but being the bit of a perfectionist that I am, I really, really would like to add another seperator to my toolbars for grouping purposes.

When I search for "seperator" I get 1 thread dealing with 2003. Searching for "toolbar" brings alot of results, but not on the topic I'm after.
I used to be able to add them in 2001+ but it doesn't appear to be there anymore in 2005.

All the other "windows" shortcuts for rearranging buttons work (ie. holding down the right-alt key to drag a button to a new location, etc...)
Thought about using the "web" or "explode sketch' toolbars and customizing them but just don't like the idea of changing them (JIC) to do something that should be easy. Will try the enhancement request route . Who knows?
I've resorted to adding another macro (which does nothing) and creating another custom icon to act as a visual break even though it is a bit large.

RE: TOOLBAR CUSTOMIZATION
There is no seperator in the Commands tab where you add toolbar buttons, but there is one in the Keyboard tab where you add shortcut keys - that does nothing. I even attempted to add a shortcut key to it and then use the shortcut while customizing a toolbar (no, it doesn't work).
