Anti-Oxidation material or coating

Anti-Oxidation material or coating

Anti-Oxidation material or coating

(OP)
Hello all,
I need a material resistant to oxidation, working in the range (R.T.-700 degrees).
The product should has an internal hole (1 cm) and should be long 2 cm; I thought that a cutted pipe should be a good solution;
I thought about titanium but the surface is oxigen rich so I thought about an enamelled steel but i think i difficult to realize the internal coating.

what material do you suggest or can any one suggest a coating which will help to inhibit the oxygen pick up during work at 700 degrees??

Thanks

Callister

RE: Anti-Oxidation material or coating

Comeback with the temperature units °C or °F.
Is this pure O2?
A little more information will help.

Ok, You should have...

Temperature: 700 celsius degrees;
It isn't pure oxigen atmospheric condition (dry);
I can't use alloying elements as Nikel (I´m looking for a no toxic composition allowed);
Thermal Shok Resistance means that I put my my tube in hot owen and after 45 min I extract it and I cool it putting it at R.T.;

Of course I'm looking for the cheapest choice :) :)

Thanks
