AB Ultra 3000 Problems

AB Ultra 3000 Problems

(OP)
I have AB Ultra 3000 used as a spindle drive on a drill head.  After some sort of machine fault the Spindle is suppose to stop but currently spins around 2-3 RPM.  Could this be caused by a tuning error or what else should I be looking at.  I have seen simular problems before but the drive showed an actual error code on the LCD display where currently it shows a normal state.  Any help on this topic would be great.

Thanks in advance

RE: AB Ultra 3000 Problems

Is the speed reference an analog signal? (like 0 to 10 V) If the speed reference is an analog signal, then you need to set an "offset" value in the drive configuration.
