Hello,

I have a dual, N-channel MOSFET die in one package, and I need help in trying to figure out how to measure the capacitive coupling of these two die. The configuration is not one dual monolithic die, but rather two different N-channel MOSFET die in a single package.

Someone mentioned applying a step voltage across one MOSFET, and see how the current changes in the other, based on: i = C (dv/dt)

Now, where would the step voltage applied to: the gate of one MOSFET?
And then measure the drain current of the second MOSFET?

What exactly is the concern?  The coupling is most likely lower than any other coupling in your circuit.  You'd need a capacitance meter that can measure femtofarads or attofarads and an EXTREMELY robust measurement setup.  

What you've proposed will most likely fry your device before you get a good measurement from it.  Also, had you looked at the datasheet for the part?
