How does API thread look like

I am looking for the dimensions of 3/4" API thread. I can not find anything about this type of thread. Can anybody help me?

RE: How does API thread look like

What is the context Christen?  At the size you mention, it sounds like it might be sucker rod connections, which are detailed in API 11B.

Thank you for the reaction Nic. The thread is used for the connection between a flexible hose (for the transportation of a fluid) and a small vessel.

RE: How does API thread look like

Are you sure it's not 3/4" NPT?  It is quite common on hoses. Machinery's Handbook will have the thread info.

RE: How does API thread look like

I have used API line pipe(LP) gauges and plug fittings.

They are similar to NPT's.

Please, anyone correct me if I am wrong.

Regards,
