Curve Command Issues
Curve Command Issues
(OP)
I attempting to draw an irregularly curved, randomly shaped part. Using the Curve command I begin picking points and it fills in a nicely curved shape as I go. When I reach the end point of my curves, I click the right mouse button [enter] to end the curve command and change over to the straight line command and my nice curved line disappears. Why? I go through the same process again thinking maybe I clicked wrongly and now SolidEdge crashes when I click on the Curve Command.
This is getting very frustrating. The program crashes every time I try to redo the curve unless I shut down Solid Edge and reopen my file. Can anyone help?

RE: Curve Command Issues
I tried what you said in the profile of a protrusion and it did not crash... Do you have more details to describe the shape of the curve, the command and environment in which you are, ...?
May be this related to a video card problem, a conflicting software or an bad installation...

RE: Curve Command Issues
Tried again. No crash...
If you close SE and you retry, does it work sometimes ?
RE: Curve Command Issues
I appreciate the assistance.
RE: Curve Command Issues
- Check that you have the latest update for SE
- Check that you have the best settings for your graphic card
- Check that you have the latest driver or a certified one for your graphic card
- Try the same procedure on another computer if you can
- Try reinstalling SE
I believe the crash is not due to a SE bug.
