AC wiring similar to Versatrak

(OP)
I am in need of a 4 foot section of 3 AC conductors (110v -12a) that are flat and can have a wheeled device driven over it that has a weight of 100 lbs.  The conductors will be driven over by a plc controlled motorized rubber wheel similar to a lawnmower as many as 300 times a day.  Any Ideas????

RE: AC wiring similar to Versatrak

Suggestion: What I see very often in Cities is a wooden cover/roof over cables that various services are running across streets and sidewalks. However, this is for a temporary solution. It is not clear from your posting whether or not you need a temporary installation or permanent one. That can make a big difference.
Additionally, you may visit
http://www.thomasregister.com
and type Cables: Electric under Product / Service which will return 446 companies to inquire about a right cable for your needs.
