Microsoft Excel "text box"
(OP)
I have an excel spread sheet file, I don't know how in this file there are a lot of "text box blank" hide for every where on this spread sheet, I am finding one by one with the cursor and removing, is there any way that let me remove all of them.... thanks for your help

RE: Microsoft Excel "text box"
The easiest way I've found to eliminate things that "pop" up one these things is to open a new sheet and do a copy/paste of only what you want. This should work unless you have some other calculation within the copied area.
RE: Microsoft Excel "text box"
Save your .xls file as TAB DELINEATED .txt (you need the tab).
Close .txt file.
Open .txt file in Word.
Under Tools, Options, Formatting Marks, check the All box.
The ""text box blank" hide" might now become visible.
If it is visible, copy the symbol.
Open Edit, Replace.
Click the cursor into the Find What box.
Hit Control V. This pastes the ""text box blank" hide" symbol in.
Leave the Replace With space blank.
Select Replace All.
Close Word, open .txt with Excel , Save As .xls
If you haven't removed the Tabs, the data should return to the correct cells.
