Measurement input and SPC software

(OP)
I am trying to start an SPC program in a machine shop and would like advice on the most user friendly and stable measurement input and SPC software.  By measurement input I mean that we want to enter our data using SPC outputs from various measurement instruments (calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, height gauges, CMM, etc.)  Any advice on SPC program implementation is welcome.  Also, could anyone give me some advice on the reliability of any of the portable CMM's on the market.

Thanks,

RE: Measurement input and SPC software

Try looking at Powerway's website we have just started to implement Powerway into our machine shop and i have found it to be a very easy to use/user friendly package as well as being a very powerfull tool.
