Expierence w/Enterprise Valve initiatives

Expierence w/Enterprise Valve initiatives

(OP)
I've started an initiative to leverage as much as possible the installed base of our valves across our NE utility. Mix of nuclear and fossil.

My preferred solution is to put in place a multi-year agreement for a valve manufacturer to provide, manage and most likely a combination of the two our valve fleet.  This would include implementation of a supplier managed consignment inventory system, implementation of a corrective/preventative maintenance program, providing necessary engineering calc's in support of nuclear safety design changes and having defined service levels that support plant requirements inclusive of materials and labor.

Can anyone provide a template SOW for such an initiative? Can anyone speak to experiences in trying to implement such an initiative?

Your help is greatly appreciated.

Thank you,

Ed Ronan
