RE: Corrosion rate for 316L in Demi water
But if you are talking about high purity water then you may concerned with ppb levels of metals in your water. That is a whole other story.
How pur is your water?
What pH, what O2 level?
Will the system ever be cleaned/sanitized/sterilized? If so, how?

Corrosion never sleeps, but it can be managed.

RE: Corrosion rate for 316L in Demi water
There are no metals in the water. It is very pure. The pH is 5.8. It is saturated with Oxygen (6 mg/l), that's what worries me.
The temperature could even be up to 120 Deg. C
Any corrosion rate curves available for this?

You can pick up some metals.
There have been papers given at SEMI on this topic.
I don't have any of them.

Some sources for papers on this subject would be The Metallurgical Society (TMS).
