I need a chart or explanaton of how to figure the amount of change in hastalloy and 316 stainless steel from temps of -20f to +70f.

Just a quick search o' the internet (so the data must be correct...)

CTE Hastelloy C-22, 0-200°F:  6.9 micro-inches/inch°F.
CTE 316, 0-100°C:  15.9 micons/meter°C
