Can any one guide me about effect of grain direction (after rolling)on the flexural strength of copper strip.

If any literature on this subject is referred, it will be great too..

Wrought "Copper" comes in several types of different compositions, conditions and properties.
If you mean flexural strength as the ability to withstand a transverse load, it is a measurable quantity.
Standard bend testing is performed with the axis of bend parallel to the direction of rolling as this is the weakest condition.
