Self Levelling/Low Viscosity Potting Compound

Self Levelling/Low Viscosity Potting Compound

(OP)
Hi,

I am looking for a fairly quick setting, low temp cure potting compound or epoxy/adhesive that is self levelling/low viscosity.  It will be used to fill fairly wide/long (only 1 -2mm deep) voids in a PCB.  It also needs to be non-conductive. It doesn't have to set hard, so can be rubbery.   Can anyone suggest anything?

Thanks in advance,
Linda

RE: Self Levelling/Low Viscosity Potting Compound

Most two part epoxy will do that, like Devcon 2-ton epoxy from Home Depot. Sounds likev RTV silicone rubber would work too.

Perma-Flex Mold Company has an assortment of compounds that may work. Web page www.perma-flex.com
