(OP)
Guys,

I have a 2-1/2" Chilled Water line penetrating a basement foundation directly beneath a eletrical panel.  Are there any minimum distances, or precautionary measures i should take to do this.  If so or not, what codes could i got to help me out with this? BOCA? NFPA?

RE: Chilled Water Line near electrical panel

This penetration my interfere with the dedicated electrical space of the panel.  Refer to NEC Article 110.26.
