Web Based References
(OP)
Please post your favorite web based reference. (Hopefully downloadable). I'm a general engineer that needs to know alot about many different subjects. Unfortunately I often find myself a bit short. Share your favorite link and help out those of us in need professional development. I'll start out with this link to "guide specs" that is helpful in writing Scopes of Work. Thanks in advance for your post.
