There are graphs in ASHRAE’s fundamentals handbook that show the data.

  How does pressure affect the properties of glycol in it's full strength not in water solution? Let's say around 2000psig at 80 degrees F.

I’ve seen both PG & EG  at 1200 PSIG but if I remember there was a additive in them.  You might query the people at the above website.

There is even a chart on the label of some brands of antifreeze.  AF has additives for anticorrosion, which generally beneficial.  I found this link with useful tables:
