Change Management Software

(OP)
Anyone use a good Change Management software for approving and tracking changes to equipment, materials and processes at an industrial site, to make sure the right approvals are looked after regarding quality, regulatory, costing, safety etc.

Some names woul be appreciated so I can look them up and find out if they would be adaptable to our business.

RE: Change Management Software

We have a system based on the database software below.  It is set up so that electronic approvals are utilized and tracked.  It also allows you to create and utilize your own custom forms including embedding graphics etc.

Here they use Peregrine for change control tracking/enforcement.
I am not a regular user, so I can't say a lot about it.
