Is Zero Sequence Voltage detectable through a Delta transformer winding?  It appears that the Delta would block it the same as zero sequence current?

Is there any good references on applying zero sequence voltage protection settings?

Thanks alehman,

RE: Zero Sequence Voltage 3Vo

An grounded-wye/broken-delta transformer set is one simple ‘zero-sequence filter’ used for 59N/59G ground-detection protective relaying.  The Stevenson text and GE IAV and Allentown 59G relay ILs discuss applications on ungrounded and high-resistance-grounded systems.

See Thread238-57405 and do an advanced search in electrical fora under “broken delta.”
