I am currently in need of this inverting transimpedance IC from InterFET, but I don't have the volume or the budget for the NRE. You see, although InterFET developed and tested this part, the original customer went away, and so they haven't bothered to upgrade the masks for their current 4" wafer fab. If you or anyone you know of could use this part, please let me know, as you can still get samples for evaluation, and they perform like nothing else.
