Is Pro-e capable of creating multiple cutouts as outlined

(OP)
Is it possible to create a cut thru one part using another part then rotate each of the parts a given angle on their own axis and make another cut. I would need to do this with some
sort of automation as I would need the angles to change a given amount for each of the parts between cuts and do this hundreds of times. The job requires clearance in the intersecting areas of two rotating parts, the one that I am designing has a rough shape but on the upper portion I can only have clearance where it would intersect the other rotating part. The part that I am not designing is only available to me as a step file. It imports fine but is extremely complex and cannot be redesigned easily so the method I explained above is the only way I can think of getting the shape on my part. I should also note that this needs to happen to about 75 of my customers assemblies each one different in multiple areas plus rotating at different ratios do to size.

RE: Is Pro-e capable of creating multiple cutouts as outlined

I would solve this problem by creating a skeleton part that's the first part in the assembly that contains the two parts in question.  In that skeleton part you can create all the critical references that will guide your design intent.
