I need to qualify a brazing procedure ( Lap joint ) between SA106 Gr B to SB 171 Cl 464. Can any one help ,. Also what type of destructive testing has to be perfored.

Does your application fall under ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code or other Standard?

As far as brazing procedure qualification, I would refer you to ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, Section IX for guidance. Obtain a copy and review it, all of the information is there to guide you regarding essential brazing parameters, coupon geometry and testing. You will also have information on how to qualify personnel for brazing.
