Flexural modulus applies to bending.
Tensile modulus applies to stretching.

Usually for metals, Flexural modulus = Tensile modulus.
But for plastics flexural modulus is quiet different from tensile modulus as well as compressive modulus.You can check it out at www.matweb.com
