Could you please tell me which better and why:

a- Using CS for the bottom of CS storage tank with CP.

OR

B- Use SS for the bottom of CS storage tank without CP.

More information is needed:

1.  What is being stored in the tanks?
2.  Will the CS be painted or unpainted?
3.  Will the SS be painted or unpainted?

I understand that galvanic corrosion will be a problem in your option B (SS bottom, CS shell). The additional information as mshimko's comment is also necessary.
