bushing tolerance

(OP)
I am looking for a shaft and bushing combination.  THe shaft will have a medium load, low rpm, at normal temp, and occasional use.  THe bushing will not be lubricated. I would like to use brass or bronze.

I am curious about the surface roughness specs for the shaft and bearings as well as the dimsional tolerances for the shaft and bearing.

RE: bushing tolerance

If your are going lubeless I think you ought to check out these people.  They have about everything you want in lubeless bearing/bushing and plenty of design information.  They were inexpensive at one time and worked with the design parameters.
