Yasnac - Motoman servo troubleshooting

(OP)
This case is for a Motoman K30 arm with an MRC controller, that experienced first a trembling in "S" axle with reports in encoder differences and then change to "alarm 1200" overcurrent in servo, after swaping servo drivers determined that the driver is the cause. But we have doubts if could be another damage that caused the driver to fail(we do not want to damage the replacement) or if the failure was because the 3 phase was in 224volts instead of the recommended 208volts, or the proximity of electric soldiers.
If somebody have any theory for this failure or have any recommendation, it will be welcome.

Thanks
ATP
