(OP)
I don't know if anyone has encountered this problem before but here goes.
I have a 3750 Series Brooks Wafer Mag flow transmitter and the problem that I am having is this.

I have a flowhead with a K-Factor of 7638.19, I want to set a span for 20GPM. Using the formula:

(span value) * K-Factor / 60,000 = VEL

The VEL for 20GPM = 2.5460633

Using the Coil Frequency Switch Positions chart, the only CAL value I can use is 38.400 and the Switches used are 3,4,8. My problem is that when I try to use a span value that falls within the CAL= 38.400 field, I cannot get a span signal with switches 3,4,8 on. The signal stays at 4.0 ma. I have found that using any other switches settings in the chart will give me a span side output. I have found this to be the case with every 3750 Series Flow Transmitter I have tried that particular setup on. Does anyone know why? Is it in the transmitter or am I doing something wrong? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thank You.

P.S. Would anyone know where I can find the software needed to comunicate with a Toshiba G3 Drive Inverter
