I heard that Amine scrubbing is an effective means of CO2 removal, would somone care to explain how this works?

I recommend that you search a little for knowledge before stating a question.

Try e.g. google with the search key word "amine" and "co2". This will produce a number of hits. I choose this one as a relatively brief explanation. I dont know the company that has made this:
