Default Text Height

(OP)
I know this may seem like a primitive question. But how do I alter the default text height along with some of the other dimensions that are in the drawing_units option? I can't find the option to do any alterations to it. Or is there an much easier way to do it that alter the config file, instead of doing each dimension individually. There are several incorrect unit problems that I am looking to correct. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

RE: Default Text Height

ukidiot,
Hello again....
If I understand you correctly, you are wanting to set up your dimension styles etc.?

If so, you will find everything you need in the .dtl file.
For release 2001, you can access this file while in the drawing mode. I believe it is under Advanced->Draw SetUp.

Cheers,

JW

RE: Default Text Height

one extra word. when you setup the text height in .dtl file, you need to save the .dtl file. Otherwise it will go back again to ther original one. I don't know why the .dtl file could not save itself like the config.pro file do.

RE: Default Text Height

olfboot,

You can instruct config.pro to point to an existing .dtl file.
