Is possible modeling the detachment, after a crisis value, between two different materials?
If it is, what is the procedure to do?

Is all the week wich I try, but nothing!

Thank all!

P.S. sorry for my english!

RE: Detachment

If you want so simulate a crack propagation or material debonding then , the following chapter might be of interest :

Thanks a lot for the moment!

RE: Detachment

I've another question, is possible modeling the material debonding in a 3D model?

For the moment I use elastics material with stress failure, and the two material are connected with a tie constraint, but the results are too far from the real comportament.

Anyone have a solution for resolve my problem?

For example is possible use another constraint type for modeling the debonding?

Thanks

Zerbo
