Very Challenging question, Max Allow. Press Calculation

Very Challenging question, Max Allow. Press Calculation

(OP)
I am currently applying for the Canadian Registration Number approval. CSA (Canadian Standard Association) asked me to provide strength calculations for all Fittings. This is what I have so far:
1) I have the Material Min. Tensile: 80,000 PSI
Minimum Yield: 30,000 PSI.
2) I am going to use the thinnest shell thickness, e.g.>> t = .25"
3) I am going to use UG 27, 34, 37 for strength calculation.

This is where I need help, how do I apply Min. Tensile of 80,000 psi (material) to the maximum allowable working pressure to the thinest thickness. Is Minimum Tensile Strength = Ultimate Tensile? Please advise.

RE: Very Challenging question, Max Allow. Press Calculation

For your strength calculations you need to apply the  allowable stress (S) from Section II D.

I suggest you get someone that is experienced in application of the Code to help you with this.
