I'm looking for OTS instrumentation that will monitor ambient temperature in two bioreactors located about 100 ft. from my PC. I need to monitor 10 locations within each bioreactor. Preferably the receiving device will communicate directly to my PC. Temperatures range from -10C to + 50C;+-0.5C. Oregon Scientific sells devices that remotely monitor up to 3 stations with no computer interface.

Thanks

HI Beeman,

If possible I would like to understand why you want remote temperature monitors and why 10 of them. Is it related to the validation of bioreactor!

Your reply will help me to understand the needs if my company should also look into such monitoring or not.

Thanks & Regards

Would an infrared digital thermometer be appropriate?

The following site has a pretty good selection, there Has to be something that comes with a PC interface...
