Advice on entering job field

(OP)
i'm a recent EE graduate and i've been trying to get my foot in with several manufactoring companies but with limited experience i'm not having much success. everybody wants an engineer with 5 years or more experience. any suggestions?

RE: Advice on entering job field

Try applying for a lower rank job like a technician or something, get the necessary experience in the field, then try going for a job more suitable for your qualification and not neglecting the crucial point 'aquired experience'.

Unfortunately we have to start right at the bottem after varsity, way of life.

Rheinhardt
