Vision Inspection System...

(OP)
I am currently working to develope a camera inspection system. I need a camera that is able to detect visual defects on the fly at 60 ppm. I will be inspecting concave surfaces. We have looked at several supposedly capable systems. Anyone cuurently familiar with a reliable one?

RE: Vision Inspection System...

You can try J.M. Canty Inc. out of Buffalo NY. They specialize in vector systems and video IDing. They will assess your process and recommend a system. Their equipment is rated up to Nema 4, IP66, explosive duty, Class 1 div 1.
We will be using their equipment for on line testing of black specs (micron size) of plastic pellets upto 10,000lb/hr. You can reach them @ (716)625-4227. Contact is Tod Canty (President).
