(Normaly the E is 200 000 - 210 000 MPa for steel.)

E- Modulus of "E"lasticity is usually taken as 30X10^6 psi (30,000,000 psi) and can vary anywhere from 28.5X10^6 to 30X10^6 psi depending on the type of steel.
