Obtaining Seals to suit a 12.5mm shaft

(OP)
Hope someone can help me here, I'm after the following seals
ARS Oil Seal U-Cup    E9981/A41  18mm O.D by 12.5mm I.D by 3mm long

ARS Wiper/Dust Seal  U0716/A11 25mm O.D by 12.5mm I.D by 7.5mm long, the internal recess/bore in the bottom that presses over the seal head is 23mm I.D by 3.5mm deep, this is a metal cased wiper with a protuding lip on the top, that is energised by a spring, probably don't need the spring.

or similar to suit the above, else would it be possible to use 1/2" which is 12.7mm seals on a 12.5mm shaft & still have them seal properly??
