Sheet metal bend on radius part

(OP)
Hello all
I am trying to put a sheet metal bend of a curved part. The part is one quarter of a ring that is 12.81 inside radius and 14.75 outside radius and need to bend the innner edge up. Has anyone have any ideas? I can add bend releifs as long as they are not large ones. material .09 thick

RE: Sheet metal bend on radius part

You will not be able to do this within the sheet metal module & still have the flatten function.

You can do it using the standard solid features, but will not be able to flatten it.

& all the best.

RE: Sheet metal bend on radius part

Are you trying to create a flat pattern from this model? If not then use revolve. You can also ask your sheet metal house how they are going to do this.
