Toolbar frustrations

Toolbar frustrations

(OP)
I've just about given up on trying to keep the toolbars in a specific location.  Seems everytime I put one where I want it, it moves around when I activate another workbench.  I've tried locking them but that's not fixing the problem.  Right now I just keep the Standard, Workbench, View and Select toolbars active.  It seems they are available in all workbenches.

My question is, is there a reference available that shows the mapping of commands under the top drop down menus?

Thanks...

RE: Toolbar frustrations

dear friend,

one more option for the same is to type "c: reqd command "
in the command prompt available at right hand bottom corner.
eg to create a sketch type c: sketcher or to create pad
type c:pad (if you want to know the command name just bring the pointer near the command and you will see the short cut near the command prompt.

RE: Toolbar frustrations

Even though the toolbar name is the same, each toolbar maintains it's position information separately for each workbench.
