Can anyone share with me about the correct measurement method on hardness of hard anodised aluminium component. Thank you.

We used to do a go-no go check with either a standard file hardness test file or a knife edge. It's either hard or it isn't. Something like Knoop or Vickers microhardness can be done, but you get lots of variability due to trying to read a small indentation on a high hardness coating.

We use Vickers microhardness as quality control method on anodized aluminum.  The indentation load is usually 25 or 50 g.
