an rcc frame structure founded on marine clay + filling of rack sand. G+7 structure. in Bombay-India.
the building has a BUA of @ 50,000 sqft. and has 74 columns. a few columns show visible cracking and have been jacketed and strngthened. but the cracking is still active
there is a danger of piles having lost their concrete due to water flow from 2 flowing water streams on either side of the structure.
if there is any more economical solution as compared to micropiling..please let me know

spackle with water resistant stuff i say stuff becuase substance is used to often
