Plotters

I was wondering if anyone had any info on a HP DesignJet 750c Plotter.  I have one and it keeps cutting off the top and bottom of my prints.

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
Chris Tellers

RE: Plotters

It's been a while, but there are plotter configs that set the margins. You may need to change these. Another possibility is that the border you have is too big. I've gotten customers borders that were bigger than our usual border and it would do this.
Is it cutting them off in the length direction of the roll, or on the sides?
Is this a new problem?
Is it only on certain drawings?
Were there changes made to the Solidworks installation? (update, etc.)
Maybe you need to re-enter your settings.
We really need some more information.
