Suppress fillet features on ANSI Metric soccket head cap screw

Suppress fillet features on ANSI Metric soccket head cap screw

(OP)
A question about SolidWork Toolbox.  I'm using SW2004 sp4.0 on Windows XP.  I tried to suppress "Fillet" feature right under socket head cap screws (because this "Fillet" feature on the socket head cap screw interferes with its mating part).  I can suppress this feature on "ANSI Inch" socket head cap screws.  But it does work on "ANSI Metric" socket head cap screws.  Although I can suppress this feature for all existing configurations, any new configurations added do not have this feature suppressed.

This also happens to button head, countersunk socket head cap screws of "ANSI Metric" type.

Thanks,
