The standards are not avaiable for free. Contact asme.org

Some companies subscribe to standards via Information Handling Service IHS. This is useful. Even when obtained via IHS you can only make one copy for yourself and cannot save the file on a network.

What ANSI standard did you find at the NEMA site that was available as a free download?
Every ANSI standard I clicked on (see page http://www.nema.org/stds/list-DocNum.cfm) could only be downloaded for a fee.
