Do you know any website, sharing this kind of valuable knowledge, such as '' Changes for Section VIII Div.1& Div.2, Section I, Section V  in 2004 Edition''

Our local inspector services usually puts on a free seminar and reviews the updates/changes in the ASME code each year.
