(OP)
Dear everybody,

I need to design a short (20ft) conveyor to work with my digging machine, to move dirt/earth away. Because the space restriction, the design has to push everything to/over the limit (design guide) to meet the capacity requirement (22,000 cu ft/hr):

The parameters are:

1. belt width: 24 inches / 609mm
2. speed: 700 fpm/ 3.56m/s
3. troughing: 45 degree
4. inclination: 22 degree
5. total length: 20 ft /6m

Is this design feasible or too demanding?

I am waiting online and appreciate any suggestion/advice! Thanks.

lenew
