Mass Check-in in TeamCenter?

Mass Check-in in TeamCenter?

Mass Check-in in TeamCenter?

(OP)
Greetings!

I am working with an assembly with quite a few parts.  I notice that sometimes the parts do not get checked back in when I am done working with them.

Consequently, when someone else tries to work with the assembly, they get a read-only warning.  The only way to remedy this is to go into each of the parts and check them in by hand.  This is VERY time consuming!

Has anyone run into a way to check in parts in an assembly without going through each file and doing it by hand?

RE: Mass Check-in in TeamCenter?

Grant,

I assume you're using Teamcenter.  In Teamcenter, do a SEARCH.  You will have the options: general, item, item simple and remaining.  Choose REMAINING.  Then choose CHECKED OUT OBJECTS.  You can highlight all of the items you have checked out and then choose TOOLS>CHECK-IN.  Good luck.
