Using Japanese fonts

(OP)
We are an International company. In general, we use Visio if we are making a flow chart. We currently have one that was created in Word (.doc)in Japan and the fonts look ok in Word. I want to bring this into AutoCad so I can add some symbols. When I bring it in, there are ??? where the Japanese text is. How come I can see it in Word but not in AutoCad? What can I do to fix this. The font is ?? ?????

Thanks in advance

RE: Using Japanese fonts

What does Word show as the font when you highlight some letters?

I should have previewed this post. It showed ok when I had cut/paste that font style except for when posted, it shows ?? ?????. It didn't show question marks in Word, it shows the Japanese fonts ok. The font is MS P(followed by 4 Japanese characters).

Borgunit,

After reading your link and adding the Japanese lang to my system, AutoCad now can see that. It was strange that I could see it in word but not AutoCad

Thanks again and a star for you!!
