We have an used hot wire fabric cutter that do not have LEV.
So we have to make one.

Have anybody got any info. about this??? downdraft?? filter???

It depends a lot on the surface of application, work area and budget (duh..). Downdraft tables are excellent solutions, but most need to be customized, therefore expensive. Inside those, I would suggest multi-layer of filters, where most of them are washable (for enviromental reasons :) ).
